Thank you very much for buying Aigostar products.

We hope that the quality of every product can meet every customer expectation.

If you are not satisfied with your order without any reason within 14 days, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached as well as promotional gifts. Returned items must not be washed, broken or altered. After receiving the items and checking their status, we will refund back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received.

If the item is faulty within two years from the date of delivery, please contact us within two months and we will repair or replace the item free of charge with the same.

This Return Policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to withdrawal or your statutory warranty.

Note that Aigostar is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
