2.CAN I PLACE AN ORDER THROUGHOUT SPAIN?

We ship goods to the entire Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, but do not ship goods to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If you have further questions, please contact our customer service.


3.IS SHIPPING FREE?

Free Shipping on all orders.

 

4.WHEN CAN I RECIEVE AN ORDER?

The products will be delivered from 1 to 4 business days from when we confirm your order.

If there is any delay outside of this time, please contact our customer service.


5.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK?

If the product's inventory status is incorrect, the order will be canceled. The refund will be returned by the same payment method within 24 hours or 48 hours.

 

6.CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR SHIPPING METHOD?

If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to change the shipping address. However, if you change the address within a short time after placing the order, you can change it.

Please note that sometimes the address can’t be changed for technical reasons, so please pay morel attention when placing the order.
